Who we are
Agental is a new-generation artist agency. Behind the technology there is a family, a conviction, and an idea born around a table.
An idea born at the table
It started over lunch, between a father and his son. Talking about the trade, we ended up putting words to the same observation, from both sides at once. On one side, all those performers who never step out of the shadows for want of being seen at the right moment. All those young people who dream of acting and know neither where nor how to find a good agent. On the other, all those producers and casting directors who could be better supported in their search, to find the rare profile and match people to roles more finely. We thought we could make things better for everyone. Agental was born from that conversation.

the fatherSerial entrepreneur. He has founded and grown companies on both sides of the Atlantic, and knows what it takes to turn an intuition into a product that stands up.
Vadim
in ParisHe started very young with background work in short films and music videos, before landing larger roles in comedies. He knows from the inside what a beginning artist's path looks like.
Solal
in Los AngelesStudying engineering at USC. He brings the view of technology, and of a generation that grew up with it.
Where we stand
We believe an accent, an origin or a singular look are strengths, because productions are looking for real and varied personalities. We believe serious representation can be open to everyone, and free to begin with. And we believe technology must stay in the service of people, with clarity. That is why Agental is natively augmented by AI. That AI works continuously, to spot the roles that genuinely match an artist and to help casting directors find the right profiles faster. A regulated agent stays in charge, and every AI decision can be explained.
