Question 1

What does 'filter 90% of applications' mean?

Accepted Answer

The AI discards profiles that don't match your brief, to present you only the truly relevant candidates. It's a time saver, not an opaque sort: every ranking is justified.

Question 2

How does scoring work?

Accepted Answer

Each talent receives a score from 0 to 100 with a readable justification (accent, availability, rights, distance to the ideal profile). The same calculation applies to every profile.

Question 3

Are self-tapes verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from the Pro plan: framing, quality and fit to the role are checked before they reach you.

Question 4

What is the 'source' badge?

Accepted Answer

It shows whether a talent is represented by Agental or sourced off-roster (external). Provenance is always visible, to prove the ranking isn't biased.

Question 5

Are Agental talents favoured?

Accepted Answer

No. The same scoring and criteria apply whatever the source. An external talent can rank ahead of an Agental one.

Question 6

Can I audit the ranking decisions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every decision stays traced and consultable: the audit trail is built into the product.

Question 7

Does the free plan need a credit card?

Accepted Answer

No. The Free plan opens 1 active project and 50 filtered applications per month, no credit card.

Question 8

How does per-seat pricing work?

Accepted Answer

The Pro plan is billed per active seat per month. You add or remove seats to match your team; Studio covers up to 5 seats.

Question 9

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No commitment: change plan or cancel whenever you like.
